I went to their used lot at 217 N Broad, down the road from the new car dealership listed here. I test drove a Subaru I had seen online. I’m glad I went to see it as the cardiac didn’t disclose the total from the new car dealership listed here. I test drove a Subaru I had seen online. I’m glad I went to see it as the cardiac didn’t disclose the total of the aesthetic damage to the car but came out of the test drive liking most of what I’d seen. I then spoke numbers with (who I assume is) the sales manager, Mitch. I told him I needed a day or two to think about it, and that I’d very likely have a check on his desk within a week’s time. I left excited. The morning of the second day, Saturday, I get a text from a sales associate telling me that the car had been sold out from under me. No call, no text that there was interest on the car and that I needed to act now. Nothing. I understand that they’re a business and their business is to turn over cars and make money- the staff was friendly, and the sales manager was straight forward- this chain of events does not inspire confidence. How is someone to have any faith in a making a deal when words were broken with communication wayy late. I’m disappointed. More

My experience with this dealership left much to be desired. Salesman was not attentive to my needs, and acted like he was not interested in my business.
