I am beyond thrilled with the service and concern I received from Brandon Turner, the General Manager and Atonio Gruber, the Cadillac Service Manager. GM Leasing leased the Cadillac Escalade to someone received from Brandon Turner, the General Manager and Atonio Gruber, the Cadillac Service Manager. GM Leasing leased the Cadillac Escalade to someone, who returned it with an undersized engine. Brandon felt my pain and took on the responsibility of replacing the engine at Waldorf's cost. Antonio ordered a new engine and had it installed in just a little over a month! My Escalade is running beautifully. Thanks to a wonderful team. Carole Robertson More

If I could give a zero rating, that would be my review! !! I purchased my dream car in September 2024. This was my 50th birthday gift as I have not had a brand new car since 2012. I was SO excited!! I paid the dealership to tint the front windows, put protective coating on the interior and protective coating on the exterior. About a month after the purchase, we realized the heat and A/C was not working on the passenger side. I had to wait about three weeks before I could even take my car in to be repaired because they said they did not have a loaner car for me. When I finally took it into service at the Cadillac Waldorf, Maryland dealership where I purchased the vehicle; they gave me a Malibu loaner car and I complained because it was not equivalent to my car. I invested a lot of money purchasing the Cadillac Lyric and I expected the same replacement as I was inconvenienced as of just purchasing a brand new car. They kept my car for about a month and finally said that they didn’t know when the part would be in to repair the heat and A/C. At this time, they switched it out for a Cadillac Lyric loaner car. As of today January 9, 2025 I STILL do NOT have my vehicle. This customer experience has been terrible. The Waldorf Maryland General manager has ignored all of my calls, emails, and visits. He has refused to contact me back. No one at that dealership has tried to make me whole as a customer. The Cadillac customer service Lyriq concierge department Took my initial complaint, but has ignored all of my follow up calls. No one has tried to correct this horrible, inconvenient, stressful situation. AND I’M STILL PAYING A CAR PAYMENT FOR A VEHICLE I’VE ONLY DRIVEN ONE MONTH!! Do NOT purchase a vehicle from Waldorf Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership!!! Do NOT purchase a Cadillac Lyriq!!! And do NOT purchase a Cadillac AT ALL if you’re expecting a good customer experience and a great vehicle for the money you are spending!!! I feel so heartbroken, stressed, and disrespected as a customer!!! More
One of the worst experiences I have ever had from a dealership. Requested they check my brakes because of squeaking noise I was hearing. Service Manager gave me a write showing the hot spots on the rotors is common in these cars but still wouldn't fix the car. I live 5 min from that dealership and you couldn't pay me to take my car there ever again!!! xxxx poor service!! More
The financial department doesn’t take their job seriously, they didn’t process my payoff in a timely manor and I had to come out of my pocket with more money. This is day 4 my 2023 Escalade has been at this dealership to be fixed by a problem they caused. The first issue I was told was that there was no technician. I was told that my service advisor is not in today so I have nobody assigned. Is this really a dealership for Cadillac? Do I need a lawyer please? More
I scheduled a service appointments for May 2 @9:30 am. I received three text messages from Waldorf Chevy/Cadillac confirming my appt. When I got there I was told my appointment was scheduled for April 3 I received three text messages from Waldorf Chevy/Cadillac confirming my appt. When I got there I was told my appointment was scheduled for April 30. They were booked for the day and if I would like to leave my car they could get to it the following day. That was the second and last incident for me at Waldorf Chevy/Cadillac. I will drive to Alexandria. More
It was the worst experience ever! ! I put my vehicle (Chevy Corvette) in for service for a oil change and a wheel alignment. After bringing it home the driving stabilizer light came on ! Went back to the shop to inform my advisor (Lexi) who informed me that she would speak to her manager (Heather) and get back to me. I waited three days no call. Returned to the dealership spoke with the Service Manager who informed me to return the car to see what caused the issue. Returned the car on a Monday to the Asst. Manager (Steve) who sent me back to Lexi once again. Tuesday, no call to from Lexi to inform me of the diagnostic test. I called the shop at 5:50pm on Tuesday (Service closes at 7:00p) Spoke with Evan (cashier) who informed me that Lexi has left for the day "CALL BACK TOMORROW"!! Returned back to the Service department spoke with Steve once again who attempted to send me back to Lexi. I informed him that I did not want to deal with her anymore. Not until speaking with Steve did my car enter into the garage for service Wednesday. Late afternoon LEXI calls me to inform me of the cost of my vehicle to be fixed, I asked specific questions that could not be answered by LEXI, returned back to the dealership on Thursday to speak with the Service Manager who informed me that the wheel alignment was not the cause of my service light to come on it and it will cost you $$$$ to be fixed but we can give you a 10% discount on it!! Paid for my car on Friday. Please understand I did not expect to receive service at no cost but for the unprofessionalism i.e. no follow up, no return calls, that a 1 day job took 5 days, the lack of respect from the Asst. Service Manager Steve for not understanding that I did not want to deal with Lexi, who we all know "Steve" purposely made me deal with her (Lexi)!! The level of unprofessionalism from the cashier and operators; YES, I do believe more than 10% was warranted for the lack thereof from this dealership!! Note: My garage kept vehicle went in on Monday I did not get my vehicle back until Friday, my car was FILTHY with grease from the mechanic on the driver side door inside and out, the rain dirt and pollen, where LEXI also stated "I will have you car cleaned before returning it to you!"!! I had a higher expectation from a Dealership of this magnitude. Never, ever again!! Shame on me if I bring it back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Regards More
