I had an appointment for 830 12/08/2025 I got there at 745. They held my car the whole morning until 1230pm. Came to me with an exorbitant amount for the repair. Waldorf Cadillac Service Department continues to disappoint. I have had my car serviced there three times since I purchased my car a year ago, and I have yet to have a positive experience. They lie and tell you that they don't perform certain services on Friday when you're specifically given a Friday appointment by the scheduler. Two weeks after a routine oil change and my check oil light is back on. When you drop your car off at night there is a 50/50 chance that there are service envelopes available for your key drop. When you pick your car up on a Saturday afternoon, the service customer service staff are asleep at their desk. They fail at basic customer service and service tasks. I've left messages for the manager and no return call. I constantly have to contact my salesman to get something done in Service. The Service Department is so bad that it makes me rethink about purchasing another car there even though the sales experience is on point. More
