It was the worst experience ever! ! I put my vehicle (Chevy Corvette) in for service for a oil change and a wheel alignment. After bringing it home the driving stabilizer light came on ! Went back to the shop to inform my advisor (Lexi) who informed me that she would speak to her manager (Heather) and get back to me. I waited three days no call. Returned to the dealership spoke with the Service Manager who informed me to return the car to see what caused the issue. Returned the car on a Monday to the Asst. Manager (Steve) who sent me back to Lexi once again. Tuesday, no call to from Lexi to inform me of the diagnostic test. I called the shop at 5:50pm on Tuesday (Service closes at 7:00p) Spoke with Evan (cashier) who informed me that Lexi has left for the day "CALL BACK TOMORROW"!! Returned back to the Service department spoke with Steve once again who attempted to send me back to Lexi. I informed him that I did not want to deal with her anymore. Not until speaking with Steve did my car enter into the garage for service Wednesday. Late afternoon LEXI calls me to inform me of the cost of my vehicle to be fixed, I asked specific questions that could not be answered by LEXI, returned back to the dealership on Thursday to speak with the Service Manager who informed me that the wheel alignment was not the cause of my service light to come on it and it will cost you $$$$ to be fixed but we can give you a 10% discount on it!! Paid for my car on Friday. Please understand I did not expect to receive service at no cost but for the unprofessionalism i.e. no follow up, no return calls, that a 1 day job took 5 days, the lack of respect from the Asst. Service Manager Steve for not understanding that I did not want to deal with Lexi, who we all know "Steve" purposely made me deal with her (Lexi)!! The level of unprofessionalism from the cashier and operators; YES, I do believe more than 10% was warranted for the lack thereof from this dealership!! Note: My garage kept vehicle went in on Monday I did not get my vehicle back until Friday, my car was FILTHY with grease from the mechanic on the driver side door inside and out, the rain dirt and pollen, where LEXI also stated "I will have you car cleaned before returning it to you!"!! I had a higher expectation from a Dealership of this magnitude. Never, ever again!! Shame on me if I bring it back again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best Regards More
It would have been a 1 star but the manager tried to make it right. First day I dropped my car off for its 9am appointment the service advisor checked me in on another advisor's computer. I asked for a ride back to work. They said that the shuttle would be right back. After 45 mins shuttles wasn't back. I set up an uber and went back to work. Around noon I called. A nice lady named diamond picked up said my service advisor was out but let me leave a message. 230pm I didn't hear back so I called. I spoke to diamond again and remaindered her of my call. She put me in touch with the guy who checked me in who said he wasn't my advisor. He then said he was going to go out and check with the mechanic to see where my car was in the process. He left me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and called back which went to some voice mail, so I left a message. Tried again and still just got the answering machine. I then get a ride down at 4pm. I am greeted by antionio who I have not met with yet. He looks me up and I explain the above situation. He apologies and says he was my advisor I explained to him that the guy next to him was the one who originally greet me and switched over to antionoes co.puter to check me in. I told Antonio that this guys was the one who left me on hold and didn't follow up. He said he was going to check on my car. 7 mins later he comes out and says my car was never put in and he needs me to bring it back tomorrow. He apologizes for not have a rental. I ask to speak to a manager. Heather I think comes out and I explains the same situation. She says the same thing and offered to pay for the uber I took earlier which in the end she never did. Antonio said he has a guy right at 8am that will work on my car. I show up at 745 drop my car off got the shuttle the guy who drove the shuttle was great. I called back around 11am to see if my car was done and was told they only got the bumper off. And it would still be a couple of hours. I show up at 3pm on the dot and they wrapped it up brought it out said they wanted to wash it I drive out there close to 4pm. More

Called around 1:30 to get a status and couldn’t reach anyone. Left a message for service advisor . Called back about 3 pm still not able to just get a status. At this point i wanted to reach anyone to just say don’t work on the vehicle at this point . I will pick up and take elsewhere. One member of their team said she would walk back and check and never called back. I finally get a service director who insist she will fix the communication issue and the oil change will be comp. I ask will she contact me when it’s ready before closing . She says yes. 6 pm no call. I call and I’m told can i call back tomorrow she has left for the day. I say no i need to speak to someone . Finally Philip says I’m on the phone with her now and your car is ready . Yet no call. I get there. See my car . It wasn’t washed as requested and the comp charges weren’t applied. Had to find Philip to fix it. At least 6 people sitting around looking like they are in high school as employees. I had been a customer it was Ken Dixon . Horrible customer service . After a daunting experience at Chevy of Bowie, I was pissed & felt like I was being ROBBED from the service advisor there $265 for an oil change on my 2019 Corvette. I immediately called my original service team at Chevy of Waldorf to check if I had paid anything close to that price which I know that I hadn’t , when Victoria told me to come down there immediately so that they can handle the exact same Mobile 1 synthetic oil change for $120 it was explained to me that they don’t know what or who they get the same oil from but that was an OUTRAGEOUS price for that & I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO CHEVY OF BOWIE!!! More

Purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado from this dealer in 2020. I have been getting the service work done at Lexington Park Chevy because it’s much closer to my home. The truck has an intermittent “shudder” 2020. I have been getting the service work done at Lexington Park Chevy because it’s much closer to my home. The truck has an intermittent “shudder” when very light acceleration such as after a turn. Because it is intermittent, it took a while for Lexington Park to verify it. They said that they thought it was a transmission issue and I should take it to Waldorf because they have a transmission mechanic.I dropped it off on Sept 5 and I gathered some personal items. I explained to the service advisor the problem and left with my ride(wife). About a mile down the road she asked me if I got her sunglasses ($200 Costas) and I said no I forgot but they were in the glove box and no one should be going in there. After 2 weeks during which time I was conveying symptoms as well as the Lexington Park service advisor that said to have them call him and he could help with verification (I can provide screen shots of the conversation with Waldorf), I went to pick up the truck understanding that the problem is intermittent was willing to try again later, but then they hit me with a bill for $200 diagnostic fee even though the truck was still under warranty. One said “ well I have to pay the technicians. As I was leaving, one of the technicians (?) saw that I was very upset and he apologized and seemed to care, but no one else did. Then the next day my wife got in the truck with me and reached for her sunglasses and they were gone. So, in the end we are out $400 with absolutely nothing to show for it. Had all our service work done there on our 2016 Escalade , oil changes , tire rotations, etc until it was out of warranty , but I don’t think I will ever go back there. More
I purchased a leather bed cover for my truck with an assurance of warranty that covers damage and promised replacement at no additional charge. Unfortunately, the cover has since been damaged, but my attempts to avail the warranty have been unjustly denied, citing reasons that contradict the assurances given at the point of sale. Furthermore, I discovered an unethical and fraudulent charge of $500 for a bed liner that not only was never discussed with me but also was never installed. This charge only came to light recently, and I am deeply frustrated and disappointed by this deceptive practice. Imagine paying interest for 3 years on a product that I have never purchased but charged for… So far I’m filing an official complaint to -Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration -Maryland Attorney General (Fraudulent Practice Department) -Chevrolet Customer Service Complaints Department -Better Business Bureau Will see what’s the outcome but what’s important is stop these thieves from continuing their fraudulent practices so we all live in a safer environment!!! We saw a car on their website and we were contacted by Marlon. We live in NY and weren’t sure we wanted to make the trip. We were able to do the deal and buy the car and drive it home in one day. The dealership was professional and we recommend them highly also the price was better than comparable cars in NY. I contacted Waldorf Chevy about A car online requesting a out the door quote. I wasn't sure if I wanted a toyota or chevy so I went and test drove there vehicle. Even though we couldn't make a deal there was no pressure. A highly recommend this dealer. Their price was more than fair but it comes Price sometimes. Just want to thank Waldorf Chevy. More
