From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry via email and by phone my salesman Mr. Marlon McLean was very, very responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process from the test drive through working with the finance team etc. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled the entire team kept going above and beyond in every aspect of my purchase! This dealership is Outstanding and I highly recommend them especially my salesman Marlon and the Sales manager Ken! Great experience, was very good and the sale took place very quick and was able to secure transportation the same day after the purchase. They sent two guys so I could drive my wife's Car home and they got my new car home in right behind me OUTSTANDING!!! And the best part was it was the BEST PRICE on that model of Chevy Tahoe 2021 low miles on the Entire EAST COAST I checked 100s (REALLY) of dealers and they were by far the BEST PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bar none. February 2023, my father and I went to this dealership to purchase a truck. My father wanted my name to be on the title as a co owner, not co signer. The car was purchased, not financed. Miguel Vivar asked m purchase a truck. My father wanted my name to be on the title as a co owner, not co signer. The car was purchased, not financed. Miguel Vivar asked me to complete a partial form with questions. Before completing the form I asked Miguel if he was checking my credit, he answered no. I didn’t give anyone permission to check my credit, nor did I provide anyone with my social security number. To my dismay, I found out a few days later that a credit check was done and that is exactly what I did NOT want. I am very disappointed that a hard inquiry is reflected on my credit report for two years. Spoke with a manager, Ahmad who gave a bunch of BS excuses and that he would look into the matter and call me back. No call back. I also emailed a manager, B. Turner and I have not received a reply. This is bad business and totally unacceptable. Update: Spoke with manager, B. Turner. He stated that I completed a credit application which is untrue and he stated that he is unable to email or mail proof of the alleged application. Another manager, Ahmad stated on Saturday that someone by the name of Chris was working on the matter of removing the inquiry from my credit report. Also, there is a similar complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. More

JAMES Eason and the sales managers (Ahmad) in particular have been very very helpful. Ahmad was especially helpful in helping me deal with an after sale issue involving a leaking tire in which the warrant have been very very helpful. Double crossed without even a phone call to apologize. Made a deal on a 2021 zl1 1le Camaro, left a deposit and was coming back to pick it up with my wife and 5 kids the next day after speaking with the d Made a deal on a 2021 zl1 1le Camaro, left a deposit and was coming back to pick it up with my wife and 5 kids the next day after speaking with the dealership and finance office in the morning to confirm everything. Was driving the 1 hour each way to pick up the car and I called to let them know that I was on my way at 2 pm on New Years Eve and they told me that they were selling the car to someone else for more money and I’d get my deposit back. I asked to have the GM call me, but got no phone call from anyone to explain or apologize. Terrible waste of time and energy to deal with liars and people without Honor. I would never ever buy from them again - this would’ve been my second $75k vehicle I purchased from them this year. Dumb. More
