This is concerns a very deceptive action by this dealership. I received a coupon in the mail for a service special. The special expires on August 31, 2021. I called the dealer to redeem the coupon a dealership. I received a coupon in the mail for a service special. The special expires on August 31, 2021. I called the dealer to redeem the coupon and I was told by the service representative that I could not get an appointment until September 2021 which is after the expiration date. Since I could not get an appointment before the expiration date through no fault of mine, I asked if the discount price will be honored after the expiration date. I was told that the discount would be honor and I would get a confirmation email. I never received the email. I sent an email to the service manager who seemed to be unfamiliar with the dealer’s discount promotion. I sent two emails to the general manager and did not receive a response. I still have not received the email confirmation which shows that the dealer never intended to honor the coupon special; therefore, this fake discount scheme will cost me full price (almost twice as much) if I want the service. It’s funny that this dealership responds to each negative post, asking for the customer to contact them so they can make it right. I wouldn't recommend this dealership, because I feel they tried to work on/ charge me almost $ 1,600 worth of work that if I had read the drivers manual would have realized what I thought was a problem they tried to work on/ charge me almost $ 1,600 worth of work that if I had read the drivers manual would have realized what I thought was a problem was normal for the car to do that. They are clearly the experts so I took it to them and I feel that I was almost taken advantage of. lucky for me I decided to take it somewhere else. I Believe I spoke with Mr. Beavers (Service Advisor Manager)(not sure if the name is right) about the situation. He said all the right things and tried to make it right and I appreciated that but the damage that Richard Rogan (service advisor) had done was irreversible. To many details to explain. Wow. What a joke. First, they show a price on their website before rebates but then say it is after. Second, they won't honor the transaction even if you click to buy it on their site and it shows all website before rebates but then say it is after. The customer is wrong, not them nor the website nor the numbers. Third, they'll write you nasty texts if you aren't paying double their asking price.
