My 06 Caddy was sputtering and missing badly. The repair estimate was acceptable to me and I authorized the work. Sheri stayed in daily contact with me as to the status of the repair work. The problem was apparently more detailed than anticipated. When I received the call from Sheri that the car was ready to be picked up morning following Sheri's call, I was pleasantly surprised to find the repair bill was actually $300+ less than the estimate. The morning I was to pick up the car I received a call from Sheri that it would not start and that it was back in the repair shop. I care for my 91 year old mother-in-law and had changed all her doctors appointments from the week I would be without a car to the following week. Recognizing the importance of getting my mother-in-law to iron infusion appointments, etc, Sheri immediately made arrangements for me to have a rental car. The problem with my car ended up being a very difficult problem to find as it did not register on the computer. Sheri stayed in close contact with me throughout the next week (maybe two) until that problem was found and repaired for just $200 (which was provided to me and approved by me in advance) more than the cost I had been quoted when I was originally scheduled to pick up the car (remember, $300+ less than the original estimate.) If there was ever a customer service representative who deserves recognition for superior customer service, it is Sheri Porter. I had an update from Sheri every day (sometimes more than once a day) and even though the news she delivered wasn't always good, it was delivered in a professional and consistent manner and it kept me informed. My husband and I went in to purchase a new vehicle. Our salesman, Joe Miles, was fantastic. Walt, the sales supervisor and Tyler the "finance guy" were extremely polite, efficient and answered all of our questions clearly and completely. Our purchasing experience at this dealership was the easiest, quickest and most enjoyable experience I have had at a car dealership in a long, long time. Normally, being happy with the purchase would be enough but due to a flying rock on the freeway, i had to revisit the dealership to repair the front windshield after only having the car for two weeks. The service staff, we dealt with Carolyn, was fantastic. Called us during everystep of the repair, ensured we were not held responsible for the damage that was covered under the crystal fusion and dent xxxxxx protection we had purchased. The glass was replaced and the vehicle returned to us in perfect order, clean and washed as well. Tony, the service manager we dealt with, was excellent as well. Watch out!! Took my 2009 GMC Acadia to be serviced at Ken Dixon in March 2010. My car had to go back 5 times because it wasn't fixed properly. This was all under warranty so I didn't pay anything and I was p Dixon in March 2010. My car had to go back 5 times because it wasn't fixed properly. Well December of this year the credit card that I gave to the car rental for damages/and or gas was used to pay the bills that Ken Dixon did not pay!! The car rental agency told me they stopped doing business with them because they weren't paying the bills. I am still trying to get this straight. The car rental company is now going after me for their bills. I have talked to Ken and Lorraine and each time they act like they don't know what I'm talking about. Beware of this dealership for taking your car for repairs and really watch out if they put you in a rental car. Liked: Disliked: More
