Maryland let me know that it was an emissions inspection that I needed $14, versus the $105 State inspection. Ross at the dealership said he gave me what I asked for so he never looked to check. Wow, yet he did do an inspection and tell me that I need $800 worth of repairs, but when I called back 24 hours later he had not called to confirm my warranty information. I can see that Waldorf and Ross only look at things where they can make a buck, no care and concern about the customer. It was my first and last visit to Waldorf Ford. Service department during my visit was pretty unfriendly in general. No smiles, not greetings, just an uncomfortable experience More
I am extremely happy with the Ford Escape 2010 I bought 1 1/2 years ago. I bring the car in for maintenance even though I'm about an hour away from the dealership. Each time I have brought the car in wheth 1/2 years ago. I bring the car in for maintenance even though I'm about an hour away from the dealership. Each time I have brought the car in whether it was for warranty work or oil change/rotate tires I am very satisifed with the work and the service personnel. More
