Busy, but still worked hard and took the time to try to meet my price expectations. Came close to doing that and probably would have done that or exceeded my expectations except for the cost of special app meet my price expectations. I got a good deal but initial communications were difficult to establish after first visit. Emails weren't returned but texts were. Buying experience was smooth.
