Took my Honda in for service toward the end of the summer 2020 to have the A/C checked. I was informed that I needed a new compessor. Had the compressor installed and was told everything was working fine. Ma 2020 to have the A/C checked. I was informed that I needed a new compessor. Had the compressor installed and was told everything was working fine. May 2021 I get in the car and turn on the air and its blowing hot air. Took the car back to Honda Waldorf to have it serviced and again. When I picked the car up the guy that waited on me stated they put freon back in the system and shot dye in it to see if there was a leak. I was informed at that time that the compressor was fine and its probably something minor (leaking hose or valve). Received a call telling me the compressor was bad. I informed them that the service guy that waited on me the 1st time said there was nothing wrong with the compressor and it was functioning properly. Now you're telling me the compressor is bad and it cost $2000 to replace. Straight rip off and I knew they were going to say that. I will never return to that dealership. More
