I got my my Honda Civic Hybrid tires rotated and balanced along with an oil change. The Civic Hybrids have fragile rims and center rim covers. I indicated that they were fragile to the technician. When I got along with an oil change. The Civic Hybrids have fragile rims and center rim covers. I indicated that they were fragile to the technician. When I got my car back after two hours, one of the center rim covers was scratched. It has obviously been laid faced down and moved. I got the service rep (Robert) involved who was understanding and respectful. However, once the manager (Jason) and technician got involved, they were rude and claimed that “there was no way that could happen,” suggesting I had come in with a scratched center rim cover (despite none of my rims or center covers had scratches.) They eventually replaced the center rim cover free of charge, but I did not appreciate the unnecessary rudeness from the manager or technician nor the hassle of having to come back in for a replacement. More
