Tire Rotation I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. The day after I picked my car up, I noticed a mark on the driver’s side rear wheel that I ha I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. The day after I picked my car up, I noticed a mark on the driver’s side rear wheel that I had noticed on the same wheel/location as I was dropping the car off. That was the only wheel with a mark and seeing the wheel still in the same position leads me to believe that either that tire/wheel was not moved or none of them were. I do not believe It was the service rep who was at fault, rather the actual mechanics/technicians. More

Happy for Service I was told early during the week that they didn't have any open for oil change and then I called back the day after the fourth and the receptionist to I was told early during the week that they didn't have any open for oil change and then I called back the day after the fourth and the receptionist told me that I could come and leave it after 1300 or wait around for it. He met us right at the door and respected our wishes when we told him we were just looking and wanted a test drive and that we weren’t buying that day. There was no sales pressure but he still gave us 100% by answering our questions and telling us why Honda’s are great cars. We felt like we made a friend that day. We said we’d be back. And I’m sure dealers get that a lot. But we meant it - my friend who had never considered getting a Honda came back the following week and purchased her pre-owned CRV. I returned the next week and drove away with my brand new CRV. He promised to take care of us and he kept his word. So now we promise to send all of our friends and family not just to Waldorf Honda but especially to Charles. More
