Friendly staff, good service I appreciated the friendliness of every staff member I spoke to and they were also professional. The only negative aspect was that when I called to check on my car I was told I would receive a call back in 10 minutes but didn't receive a return call until 50 minutes later. I was told by technician they were trying to finish work. I would rather have received a call in a timely manner with realistic estimate of completion of work. More

Awesome Salesman I walked into Waldorf Honda convinced I was just going to test drive the Honda Pilot. I had been in the market to purchase an SUV, done my research, a I walked into Waldorf Honda convinced I was just going to test drive the Honda Pilot. I had been in the market to purchase an SUV, done my research, and was down to 2 possible vehicles: the Ford Explorer and the Honda Pilot. Gregg Smith was very professional yet easy going. He was never pushy and made me feel at ease. Gregg had me test drive the Pilot and then called over to the Ford dealership and brought over an Explorer to test drive as well. He went over both vehicles thoroughly and pointed out all the features. At this point I knew I wanted the Pilot. Gregg sat down with me and the Manager, Mike, and discussed numbers. Usually you have to haggle the price down. They gave me their best price, up front and it was exactly at my price point. Financing was easy and I was out the door with my new Honda in no time. I highly recommend Waldorf Honda!!! More
