We had a wonderful experience with Waldorf Toyota. We are from Richmond, Va (about two hours away) and chose Waldorf due to their wonderful pricing and inventory. Cody Roberson was wonderful. He got us a quote and began paperwork over the phone. By the time we got there all that was left to do was test drive the car and finalize the paperwork. There were no surprise fees or high pressure sales either. All in all, we were able to get out the door with a brand new Prius limited for less than used models we were looking at. I would highly recommend working with Waldorf and Cody if you are in the market for a new Toyota. More
Brought my Prius in for the 75k-mile service and asked to add an oil change. Advisor Javier was rude from the start. I paid for an Uber to my hotel, and less than 5 minutes later, I got a call saying the shu add an oil change. Advisor Javier was rude from the start. I paid for an Uber to my hotel, and less than 5 minutes later, I got a call saying the shuttle was already en route to pick me up because my car was “ready.” I rushed back — only to find out the car wasn’t ready after all. I asked Javier what happened, and instead of checking with his team or apologizing, he kept asking me “Why did they tell you that?” over and over. No explanation. No accountability. Later, I got a notice that my invoice was available without any confirmation that my car was ready or when their shuttle would pick me up, and saw that it didn’t list the 75k service at all, so I called to confirm the service was performed and that my vehicle was actually ready this time. Instead of answering, Javier sarcastically responded, “You want me to add a line that says 75k-mile service?” When I asked to speak with the service manager, Wendy, she acted visibly annoyed, barely let me explain, and immediately dismissed the situation. Unprovoked, she started telling me that they don't have any cash when I made no mention of money, cash, recoupment, reimbursement, et al. Wendy proceeded to misrepresent my concerns to another employee who offered a free oil change as if you could pay me to patronize this place in the future. TL;DR Terrible communication, rude staff, and no professionalism. Never again. More

Despite the unexpected situation, the team acted quickly and took excellent care of me. They provided prompt service to address the issue, arranged a hotel stay for the night, and even covered my food and rental car expenses. Although I originally planned to drive the car back the same day, the team made sure I was fully accommodated and supported throughout the process. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. More
