Yes, big shoes to fill but the owners believe in similar principles and have discriminated that culture to their company representives. Bob Bowman has been my go to Toyota of Waldorf representive for many car and truck purchases over the years. I enjoy the sales process with Bob through education pertaining to their product line. Management is always in position to help with issues and quick resolution of problems as well as that welcome home feeling when strolling through the show room. Service maintenance representives are always willing to get you in and out as quick as possible. I spoke to Frank, told him what I wanted that truck to cost, and he told me that would not be a problem. I came into to see the truck, expecting the same added fees, and other stuff to make the price go up, but Frank gave it to me for the price I needed it to be, with no hassle. Great Customer Service To Toyota Motor Sales, USA Inc, My name is Shantelle; 34 year old female and I would like to first start off by stating I really love my certified To Toyota Motor Sales, USA Inc, My name is Shantelle; 34 year old female and I would like to first start off by stating I really love my certified used 2013 Toyota Avalon; Black on Black interior which is also one of my beloved vehicles I ever purchased. I began my vehicle shopping by getting my previous vehicle (2009 Camry) appraised at CarMax for $5500 therefore I acknowledged the offer and decided to vehicle shop further. I proceeded to the Nissan dealership in Waldorf which I test drove the 2014 Nissan Maxima however I love the Maxima nevertheless they need to upgrade the interior so it does not appear consequently cheap. I also did not agree with the price of the Maxima especially when I knew my credit score was in excellent standings. As soon as I finished with the Nissan dealership; I decided to visit the Toyota in Waldorf since I already had a 2009 Toyota Camry which I really enjoyed over the last few years however it was time for an upgrade with more luxury. Upon my arrival at the Toyota dealership in Waldorf; I was greeted in the parking lot by a very nice gentleman by the name Tom Dobbins. I stated to Tom I was interested in a 2014 Avalon therefore he let me test drive the vehicle. After test driving the 2014 Avalon, I decided to give everything a day’s worth of thinking before I purchase another vehicle however I did return to the Toyota dealership the very next day. I was determined by that time to get a new 2014 Toyota Avalon. When I returned, Tom was off of work that particular day therefore I was sent to Mr. Hollis Batts whom is the Sales Manager of used certified vehicles. I do not know where to begin with Mr. Hollis because he treated me as if I was a platinum customer with the upmost professionalism. Even though I preferred a 2014 Avalon; I did not need a $600-$700 vehicle note. Every time Mr. Hollis worked the numbers for the 2014 Avalon; I would have been paying above $600 a month. By this time I had become a little frustrated because I knew I wanted an Avalon however NOT the $600-$700 note therefore Mr. Hollis stated to me he had “a car in mind”. Mr. Hollis then transported a pretty Black Avalon from back and voices me to test drive it. After getting in the vehicle I was in love because it had black on black interior, leather seats, heated seats, sunroof, dual pipes and back up camera; which was everything I was looking for! After test driving the Avalon, Mr. Hollis stated the price of the vehicle and I began to jump with excitement. While I was jumping with excitement, joy Mr. Hollis tells me I had test drove an 2013 Avalon therefore my response was “WHAT oh My Goodness”; I couldn’t believe it!! Everything in the 2013 was exactly what I wanted therefore I preceded with the all black 2013 Toyota Avalon and my vehicle note is currently under $530 which is a plus. The best part is my insurance also went down half the price I was paying for a 2009 Camry. Mr. Hollis sealed the deal with me on a 2013 Toyota Avalon with all the warranty included. There were a few minor issues such as a second key, carpet stain, required new rugs however when I came in to have the issues addressed Mr. Mike Clements assisted me and took care of all my needs. I even felt shaking during high speed breaking and Mr. Clements took care of this at the same time therefore everything was completed before I departed. I would like to give special thanks for the PROFESSIONALISM, HONESTY and LOYALTY of the three gentlemen who helped a 34 year old female purchase a 2013 Toyota Avalon. I also want to thank Toyota /Scion of Waldorf for hiring great workers! I appreciate the dedication, motivation, professionalism, honesty, loyalty and friendliness of the staff members I associated with during my visit including the Finance manager DJ Diehl.
