When, I ventured out to look for a new car, I had no intentions in purchasing a car that day because I dreaded the high pressure tactics that I was subjected to when I purchased my last vehicle. However, little did I know that within a few hours, I would buy my dream car, a new Camry. My salesman, Brian Smith was wonderful, he made my vehicle purchase enjoyable, he never applied any pressure or stress, he was very thorough and knowledgeable and there was absolutely no haggling involved. Brian was extremely patient with me, he answered all my questions, found me a car that had all the features I requested and he made sure I was totally satisfied. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with my new Camry and I would highly recommend Brian Smith to anyone who is in the process of purchasing a new car, he is GREAT! More

Mark was personable, friendly and very patient with our decision making as we decided between a used car and new car. All I can say...is that in a world of less-than-satisfactory, Brian and Kenny of Toyota in Waldorf "kicked-it up" several notches. I was out with a friend who was shopping for a car and less-than-satisfactory, Brian and Kenny of Toyota in Waldorf "kicked-it up" several notches. I was out with a friend who was shopping for a car and decided to stop by Toyota of Waldorf and check out their inventory. Long and short, my friend got the truck and the deal he wanted. Brian stated that they were having great deals and suggested that I take a look around at some Camrys, I just happened to find one that I was excited about and I bought it? Well not that day and not that simple, I wasn't to thrill with the transaction and decided to wait until later, so I walked away. The next day, Brian gave me a call and suggested that I come on back out and talk to him. Well, I went back and Brian had worked out a deal that was just to good to pass by. Brian made it happened (worked on my behalf)even when I had walked away. Kenny worked magic with numbers to get me an afforable car note at "ZERO" iterest.
