I was pleasantly surprised to see two car salesmen cooperating. Due to time constraints and my thinking I'd need a longer time to get a car, I planned to return to the dealership later in the month. However, I told Mike if he offered me a seriously good deal, I seriously would consider it. Later that evening Randy called me, told me about another car (other than the ones he showed me). He encouraged me to complete an online application. Later that evening, Mike called to tell me he thought he had a deal for me.The next week I returned to Mike's office. The staff that I interfaced with are the epotime of the motivated, especially Patrick Hanbury. I reside about an hour drive from the dealership so communicating via email and phone text was a must. During this time he had to report for "Snow Removal Duty" at the dealership, keeping me informed of his progress. When we picked up the truck, Patrick an Erik Thompson made the paperwork quick (Less that 15 Min). I have purchased three New vehicles from this dealership in the past four years, and though the service for the past purchases was outstanding, Patrick went beyond the ordinary helping us with this Tundra. I had spoken with Frank before CMAS 2013 about a used Prius. I had explained that I was disabled and very large in body and needed room in the vehicle for me and a wheelchair. Time past by and I experienced the misfortune of my mini-van's engine locking up on me on Rt 50. My mini-van was 14 yrs old but I never expected it to die on me like that. I called Frank and he remembered me. He immediately moved forward to get me approved for financing. DJ worked and massaged the numbers until he got me financed at an affordable monthly note. What I thought would have taken weeks only took a couple of hours. I visited the dealership and left in my new Prius V. I actually enjoyed the visit. Everyone was so friendly and positive. I look forward to meeting my service representative for my first scheduled maintenance visit. P.S. I also LOVE the large flag that waves outside the dealership. The flag is a Waldorf landmark! More
