I’ve enjoyed using the extended warranty for oil changes and checkups. I’m confident in the comprehensive look they give my truck. Wait times are acceptably quick. They have occasionally offered additional work at cost, as done on my last visit (cleaned throttle body and air sensors). But I discovered the price was competitive, and engine performance was improved. In sum, I appreciate Waldorf Toyota Service Department’s attention to detail and always friendly support. I would like to express my many thanks to Desmond in Finance in FINALLY receiving my refund in selling my Range Rover back to them. I sold the truck back on August 3rd and just received the refund Sept Finance in FINALLY receiving my refund in selling my Range Rover back to them. I sold the truck back on August 3rd and just received the refund Sept 12th! Unbelievable! I would call leave msgs get the run around and even followed up in person. Still no luck until I talked with Desmond. He stayed on my issue with a daily text or call with what was going on. Thanks to him, I finally received my refund.
