I would like to express my many thanks to Desmond in Finance in FINALLY receiving my refund in selling my Range Rover back to them. I sold the truck back on August 3rd and just received the refund Sept Finance in FINALLY receiving my refund in selling my Range Rover back to them. I sold the truck back on August 3rd and just received the refund Sept 12th! Unbelievable! I would call leave msgs get the run around and even followed up in person. Still no luck until I talked with Desmond. He stayed on my issue with a daily text or call with what was going on. Thanks to him, I finally received my refund. Never had an issue with Service Dept. until last week. I took it in for the 20000 mile maintenance. The tech that worked on my truck left smudges (grease?) on the windshield where the re until last week. I took it in for the 20000 mile maintenance. The tech that worked on my truck left smudges (grease?) on the windshield where the reminder sticker goes, on my door handle, side of the door, the front of my hood, and, to boot, didn’t put the cap back on my stem valve after filling it with air. Tech was very inconsiderate; very disappointing. WIPE YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING A CUSTOMERS VEHICLE! Maybe it was an aberration, or just a lazy employee. More
