All the salesmen are professional, courteous and friendly. However I wouldn’t say I had a good experience at this dealership. I’ve purchased 11 cars in my lifetime. All new and all from dealers. I would definitely say I had a love for Toyota’s. I went to Waldorf Toyota with the intent to buy a Rav 4, however I left with the bottom of the line, basic Toyota Camry. While ultimately I was the person who signed the Contract and I take full responsibility for my part of the bait and switch tactic that was used on me, I was very disappointed with the tactics that were employed. I was told the vehicle had all the safety features that my current vehicle had - it didn’t! I went back to the dealership the very next day, after calling one of the sales manager and specifically stating “I don’t want this car!” I made that statement twice and even walked out of the dealership because I was so upset. Yet I still was not able to get out of the deal. 2 days later I went to the used car side to find out what I needed to do ti get out of this deal and get my vehicle back. Results, I had to repurchase my vehicle and sell them back theirs. In the end, this was a very costly mistake. But definitely a lesson we’ll learned. My love for the Toyota product and the standard of excellency associated with its name is gone! And even if that ever changed in the future, I would purchase from a Toyota dealership other than WALDORF TOYOTA (Waldorf, MD). I’m left with a very bitter taste from this experience with the salesman from that dealership! I’ve never encountered anything of this sort and pray I never have to deal with something like this again. Purchase from this dealership at your own risk! More

Omar/Jordy/Jesus-a dynamic trio This dealership is amazing! My husband and I stopped by on Memorial day Sunday 2022. We didn't expect them to be open so we were just browsing. Omar, our salesman, talk amazing! My husband and I stopped by on Memorial day Sunday 2022. We didn't expect them to be open so we were just browsing. Omar, our salesman, talked with us about the truck we were interested in and got the keys for us to take a drive- That's when I fell in love with the vehicle. Omar never hassled us, he gave my husband and I time to walk around and discuss financials. But what sealed the deal was an offer we couldn't refuse from the manager, Jordy. He treated us like we had been coming to him to get our vehicles for years. They never pressured us into purchasing. Jesus in financing was amazing also, he stayed late and worked hard to get us a great interest rate (though i went with my credit union) I will always go to this group when it's time to purchase a vehicle and so should you.
