Had to get my 2016 Highlander repaired due to service warning light. I’ve been unable to get the system corrected even after replacing parts that were identified as faulty. They serviced and replaced parts as identified in the system and ran several tests to correct the problem. I received the vehicle back the next day and all was well. After driving home from the dealer the service engine lite activated again with the same codes as the original system fault. I call Lamont with this information and he requested that I bring it back for further investigation. I informed him that I had no means of getting back home if I had to leave it again. He told me no problem he would provide a rental for the time they need to correct the problem. This was a very nice offer and something they didn’t have to do. I’m waiting to see how it all turns out, but I’m impressed with the service I have received. More
The dealership was clean and had a lot of nice cars on the lot. My only issue really was how I was made to feel after the purchase. My bank, the exact same bank used by the dealership for financing, neede the lot. My only issue really was how I was made to feel after the purchase. The calls, the text messages, and the like contacting me as if I was going to steal the vehicle left me with a really bad impression of the dealership and how they treat people. More
I took my car in for service on Saturday, August 23, 2025. I walked to Walmart while my car was beging worked on. The memory control on the driver's door went through the slot. While in Walmart the service department called and said it will be $250.00 for a diagnostics test. I was explaining to the gentleman the button works fine; all you have to do is put it back through the slot. I felt they were trying to get over on me. I know companies are loosing money but you don't have to over charge your customers for unnecessary work. The service manager Tammy was no help! She stated, that's how employees get paid by doing the work. I was upset, so I went to talk to Lenkye Scott and Mike Rush in the used car department where I purchased my 2022 Toyota RAV4 vehicle. They explained to me how the process works for service warranty. I had to bring the truck back in to complete the service with no charge because it was under warranty. I would like to thank Lenkye Scott and Mike Rush in the used car department for going over and beyond for their service in making sure I was taken care of. The service department needs to explain to the customers the correct process of their services or warranty and how it works when making or verifying appointments. Thank you More
Do not appreciate customer. Too slow. 1hr 40 minutes for basic service. All interested in trying to have customer spend .money. In October 2024, I had an appalling experience at Waldorf Toyota. I posted a detailed review on Google about my dissatisfaction with their service department, and in response, Service Manager Tammy Kuntz cal Toyota. Despite this, I foolishly decided to give them another chance. On August 19, 2025, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a 60k mile service check. I regret returning to Waldorf Toyota. I arrived at 7:30 AM and handed my car over to Service Associate/Manager Saeed Satterwhite. I provided Mr. Satterwhite with my phone number to be contacted once my car was ready, which he noted on the service sheet. I waited for six hours without hearing anything. At 1:42 PM, I called the dealership and was told, "Oh, your car is ready, and it’s been ready for a while." The cashier then reviewed the notes on my car and explained that Mr. Satterwhite had sent the message to the wrong phone number — an outdated landline that should have been updated in their records long ago. As if that wasn’t enough, when my wife picked up the car, the discount coupon I provided was not applied to the bill. To make matters worse, the attendant left a strong odor of marijuana in my car. This level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable. The consistent failure to meet even the most basic service standards, along with blatant neglect for proper customer communication, has left me with no choice but to say: Never again. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend anyone purchase or service a vehicle at this location. Waldorf Toyota continues to damage the reputation of the Toyota brand. More
