The service providers at this dealership are excellent. They listen, they explain, stay in touch, and handle my vehicle with care. Most important, in more than 15 years of their servicing my 4 Toyotas, I have never had to take a car back again for the same problem! More

When gas prices hit a new ceiling, we decided it was time to trade in my larger gas-powered 4Runner for a Hybrid vehicle. When I contacted the Waldorf Toyota dealership, however, it became apparent that many to trade in my larger gas-powered 4Runner for a Hybrid vehicle. When I contacted the Waldorf Toyota dealership, however, it became apparent that many people had the same thought. My salesperson, Matt Gill, walked me through the whole process of ordering a vehicle with my exact specifications. And he remained in contact with me every couple of days to give me updates on where my new RAV4 XSE Hybrid was in the process (i.e., the day it was built, and where it was in transit). Matt was great -- very knowledgeable, professional, and timely. When delivery day finally arrived, he met me at the door, helped me gain a fair trade in for my 4Runner, and walked me through every feature of my new vehicle. This dealership is outstanding. Highly recommend for ease of process and quality of service. Thank you for making this a good experience. More

First of all I choose the first button and when I went to this screen it changed to the 2nd button. Service was awful waited over 2 hours for an oil change. The service advisor was nasty rude and unprofessio this screen it changed to the 2nd button. Service was awful waited over 2 hours for an oil change. The service advisor was nasty rude and unprofessional. She was not my initial advisor but he Benjamin had to leave on family emergency. I felt mishandled and because I was not her original customer I was not a priority. I wish I could remember her name but I don’t. Not sure if it’s Heather. I’ve been coming here for years. I came to get a oil change and I normally paid $65 dollars and Wind up paying $105 dollars because of what’s going on about the gas and oil prices and Russia but Toyota should let their customers know dollars and Wind up paying $105 dollars because of what’s going on about the gas and oil prices and Russia but Toyota should let their customers know about their price change because of this I was not expecting to pay over $100 for a oil change. I was extremely pleased with the excellent serviced I received at Waldorf Toyota. When I brought in my 2002 Toyota 4Runner with a very loose Gear Shifter and key stuck in the ignition in the "on" positio received at Waldorf Toyota.
