Went to get an oil change and tire rotation; made an in-line appointment. The service advisor I requested was there but I did not get him. Appointment was at 10:30am; I got there at 10am. The service advisor needs customer service classes. Service advisor could not find my prior services performed at Jones Junction Toyota. The recommendations for service were for things I had done already. Was never advised that I had front turn signal bulbs out. I read it in my receipt; at that point I had enough. I went to service manager and he explained this is not how our service area performs. Service Manager (Reggie) gave me a free future oil change and free replacement of front bulbs. The only reason I will go back is because of service manager. Will give them one more chance but if they mess up this time; I will have to take the hour and half drive to Jones Junction Toyota. More

Jackie did all she could, and the truck seemed fine on the test drive but Dan Wernitznig in my opinion is money hungry. When I took it back because the speedometer would stop and bounce and the tach woul the test drive but Dan Wernitznig in my opinion is money hungry. When I took it back because the speedometer would stop and bounce and the tach would bounce while the gauges waved and idiot lights went ballistic and the transmission shifted funny as well as bells ringing, light diming, cruise shutting off by itself, engine dying and check engine light came on, Dan charged me $600 cash and wouldn't return the $2000 we paid in order to get my truck back. Dan even told me that the truck had belonged to a relative of an employee and they had never had a problem with it until I told him we had video. I would deal with Jackie Ruiz in a heartbeat if she worked elsewhere. More
Mike Rush at Waldorf Toyota went above and beyond to help me in my search for a new vehicle for college. I was in between the Corolla and Camry models, and he was able to effectively show and describe the di me in my search for a new vehicle for college. Not only did he listen to and understand what I was looking for, but he also gave me suggestions based on his own experiences with buying his daughter a Toyota car.
