I purchased a used car and it wasn’t the best experience. A floor mat was missing (he would take it from another car)and it only came with one key. I was told since it was traded in with one key, that’s all A floor mat was missing (he would take it from another car)and it only came with one key. I was told since it was traded in with one key, that’s all they had. They then instructed me to PURCHASE a key. I complained to a manger and he said he would get back to me; he never did. To provide good customer service they should’ve given me the second key at the dealership’s expense. All cars come with 2 keys. More
