Every time we make a purchase it is an ALL day event since we are very through in finding the right vehicle at the right price and always forewarn the sale representative that they are in for a long day and without hesitation Matt was up for the challenge and made sure we were taken care of the whole time, from little things like, offering us beverages to patiently waiting to proceed with his paperwork while we were on hold with the insurance company for over 20 minutes. Also, we appreciated Matt taking the time to explain all the "bells and whistles" the new vehicle had and offering to be available to answer any questions that may have come up after we left.
