The car was purchased new in September 2019. This was the second service appointment with just under 5,000 miles on the car. (At the first 6 months appointment no service was performed because of too low mil second service appointment with just under 5,000 miles on the car. Supposedly, the tires were rotated & the fluids topped off - all within 20 minutes which makes me question how thorough the “ service” really was. More

Stuart called me right after I spoke to Brianna Grimes and said everything to me without directly saying I was lying about my income. What is bizarre is that I have been driving the car approx. 20 days. In fact, Stuart spoke to me condensing, basically telling me I lied, all while indirectly calling me a liar. Needlessly to say, I told him I would bring documentation the next day and he HUNG THE PHONE UP on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I called back and spoke to the manager, then I received a call back from Brianna talking to me like a valuable customer. Hiring people off the street without professionalism or lack of integrity isn't best customers right.... and this is what you will get. Unhappy customer Belinda B. More

My wife wanted the RAV4 hybrid and we had the pleasure of working with Matt Gill. He was knowledgeable and professional. We had a payment limit and they were able to get us the car she really wanted.
