If you want extended warranties or want to know about warranties, Dawn Williams is your person. She is extremely knowledgeable and will not give you a hard sell. Let me tell you about my main man Mike Rush. First of all, this dude didn't know what he was getting himself into when he approached my family and I in the parking lot, not only did he manage to First of all, this dude didn't know what he was getting himself into when he approached my family and I in the parking lot, not only did he manage to keep up with my snarky attitude but he was able to fire back with the wit all while keeping it as professional as can be. As I mentioned, my snarky attitude probably wasn't the easiest for him to deal with, but that didn't stop ol' Mike from going to bat for me for every bit of discount and savings he could get his hands on! Not only that, but after he clutched us a sweet, sweet deal on our new RAV4 mike continued to go above and beyond for us by ensuring that our vehicle was fully gassed up and looking so clean I swear you could see an old bald white guy with a magic eraser in the gloss! Furthermore, Mike continued his wonderful service and care for us by entertaining my parents while my wife and I were swept away by the wonderful finance department! Our finance manager, Demi, was fantastic and transparent as can be through the entire approval process. She made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions (no matter how silly some of them seemed to be) and was an overall delight to chat with; it was almost like catching up with an old friend. In the end, my wife and I came out feeling very pleased, confident, and excited about the purchase of our 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XSE which we've dubbed "Shadow". More

Came to the dealer to give a second look at a 2016 Tundra SR5. Just a look. On the way back to my car I encountered Steve who politely asked if he could help. I told him what I was “just looking” at but real SR5. Just a look. On the way back to my car I encountered Steve who politely asked if he could help. I told him what I was “just looking” at but really liked the TRD Pro that just pulled up beside me. I knew that was out of my range but Steve said they have some on the lot if I wanted to have a look. Fast forward two days later and I’m the proud owner of a 2020 SR5 TRD OffRoad! I know what your thinking, “what a salesman” and you might be right. However what made the difference for me was both Steve and manager James made it possible to own that 2020 for not much more than the 2016 I was considering.. i believe I got the best deal possible on the vehicle I wanted and top dollar for my trade! It was a very seamless process once we got down to business and also got a great rate with Toyota financing as well. This was the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased so there was more than a little anxiety. However the offer from Waldorf Toyota was such that I am comfortable with the decision and completely stoked with my new TRD. Thanks James and Steve for an awesome experience! Best Michael More
