Overpriced repairs and poor customer service 1. Every time I have called over the past 3 years the service dept never picks up the phone. I usually have to 4 or 5 times. There message whil you w 1. Clearly the message is old but no one is paying attention. 3. The recommended maintenance after a 35k inspection was priced at close to $800. I spoke a private garage I trust and the total cost was $ 425. Never again. More
