MILITARY AND VETERAND BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP The worse dealership for Military and Veterans. I purchased a brand new 2018 Tundra first week in august and I would like my vehicle registered in SC The worse dealership for Military and Veterans. I purchased a brand new 2018 Tundra first week in august and I would like my vehicle registered in SC. First I gave my LES with other documents such as the title for my trade in. My LES was lost at the dealership. Two weeks later I was told by the Store Manager it was probably destroyed but no one says they destroyed it. I was then told a month later that they needed a new LES emailed to them in which I did. Two after I asked where is my SC tag and registration they stated that I need a signed letter from my command(red flag). Why would a dealership and third party company need any such thing after they have an LES? So I contact SC DMV and my LES is only needed. I went to the dealership and called SC DMV and the finance officer heard the entire conversation and agreed thats all they need. So I contact SC DMV and the paperwork has not been filed. After 2 and half months I dont have a SC tag. I am doing all the leg work (even though $295 was paid to the third party company to do process tag and title). I asked the dealership for documents that are needed to register the vehicle and they would not give me any of them. Once everything is finished and I have my registration and tag I will ask the dealership for reimbursement the $295 processing fee and the $647 taxes. ALL VETERANS and ACTIVE DUTY Beware of this dealership. The Store manager hung the phone up in my face twice when i asked for the documents ( I was not rude at all). More
