I usually feel a bit stressful when I am about to go to a dealership, but I didn't feel the stress of a hard sell here. Randy didn't pressure me into buying a car. He was friendly, very informative and patient. The test drive was a great experience as well. When I finally decided to buy a car, Randy made everything easy. They took my old car and made the entire transfer so very easy. Josh Siegel from the business center made all the business transactions quick and easy as well. This teem took care of everything! One of the best things that happened is that Randy sat with me and helped me to understand every feature on that dashboard! He even programmed my radio stations! I will definitely return to this dealership for any auto purchases that I make in the future. More

Probably the most important reason I buy Toyota vehicles is the dealership and the service department at Toyota of Waldorf. The buying experience is not high pressure. When I want to test drive, they facilitate that but then do not make me feel like I have to buy that second. They let me take my time and I always come back because of this. The Service department is why I stay. They are friendly and helpful and have always treated me and my children like their own. Unlike other dealership, (I did have a Mazda for a while) where I felt like every time I came to have service performed on my vehicle they were to trying to "up-charge" the bill to make more money, and did not feel like I could trust their service advisers. At Toyota I feel like I am always being guided by what is best for me and my car. All I can say is Toyota of Waldorf and all the people working there, please keep up the good work. You are the best in my book and I keep on coming back because of you. More
