My first new car! :) I'm so excited I just brought my first BRAND NEW CAR!!!! And I couldn't have picked a better dealership than Toyota of Waldorf! Everyone was friendly I'm so excited I just brought my first BRAND NEW CAR!!!! And I couldn't have picked a better dealership than Toyota of Waldorf! Everyone was friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made this tedious but exciting experience a breeze for me.. I went to two other dealerships test drove the car and left very unhappy with the service. Toyota of Waldorf was my last stop.. and I left with a big grin and pulling out with my beautiful 2015 Toyota Camry!!!!!! It was exactly the vehicle I wanted (with all options, color, etc.) at the price we had previously negotiated. This was my first experience at Waldorf Toyota but it won't be my last. He worked hard to meet my needs and for that I am truly grateful. The process was simple and easy, I made a request, he looked into it, came back with an answer made a few adjustment - and now I am happy. Simple. Simple, honest, and hassle-free vehicle purchase experience I was very pleased with my purchase of a RAV-4! I told him upfront what I wanted and the price I could pay. I got exactly what I had expected for my trade-in without any hassle and no games. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours. I didn't feel trapped for hours - sweating out a deal. I hate playing those games! It will either work or it won't! Juan Gaddy in the Finance Department worked his magic and got my payments where I was comfortable with a great interest rate. We were there for about an hour or so and then talked to Joshl Siegel about the Extra Care Platinum service and discussed payment, etc. The next day we heard from Bob that our car had come in. After finalizing paperwork with DJ Dieh, Bob took us out in the car and explained everything. He added our cell phone numbers into the Bluetooth system. He programmed the radio, explained the many features until we understood. I would recommend Bob to anyone I know who is interested in getting a new car. More

I must admit that dealing with Frank and his team of professionals was a pleasure I did not expect when I decided to trade in my spouses' Highlander. I was not pressured nor presented with the numerous back and forth to check with the manager to see if we can come to an agreeable price. The price was in my ballpark and the trade value for my vehicle was well within a fair price. Franks demeanor and professional service was the reason I chose to but the vehicle since I had many choices to go to in the marketplace. Not only will I enjoy my purchase, I plan to recommend the Waldorf Toyota Sales and Service whenever I get a chance. More
