Mr. Smith provided us stellar professional sale on our truck from start to finish. He quickly got us the keys to the truck for our test drive and my wife love the truck so much, we bought it. Upon returning from the test drive, Brian provided us a great "bottom line price" up front that suprise my wife and I. We did not need to haggle for several hours like other dealers in the area to get the fair "out the door" price. I even added two options that total $1K and he included them as part of the great price. Brian's peers/team mates even provided us a shuttle ride to shop around while waiting for the running board to be installed the same day. Overall, Brian, the service and shuttle ride teams scored a perfect excellent scores for a great experience in buying my wife's dream monters truck. Friendly staff but I will not recommend Dealer was very friendly and knowledgeable. The process was way lengthier than a previous experience at the last Toyota dealership where I purchased a car. I really didn't get a deal during the Toyotathon event. Numbers were misleading. I put down over 50% of the price that day, but ended up paying window sticker price. No sale or deal. What was the point of Toyotathon? Additionally, I left the lot with one key to my vehicle and have emailed twice to inquire. No response, but I get Toyota survey emails and congratulatory emails daily. My last Toyota came with 2 keys. This should be a simple inquiry for the dealership to address. More

Easy Shopping Absolutely I wanted a Highbred vehicle and checking Consumers Reports I found that Toyota was right up there. Brian, my salesman was knowledgeable and made everything easy for me. The no interest and no money down was to good to be true. I purchased the show room car. Didn't even drive it until after the deal was cut. The closer was also great as he explained all the financing and what not. The only problem was, I left all my paper work at the dealership and Waldorf Toyota closed early on Christmas Eve and I have been driving by the "Seat of MY Pants." I had one xxxx of a time trying to remember how to start it without a traditional key. It took me almost an hour to figure it out. I had to go on line, to U Tube. Thank goodness there was a guy on there explaining everything in a video. I am 76 and will be using the Vehicle to work for Uber Inc., the fantastic company that is changing the face of paid auto transportation and is killing the taxi cab market. I have driven it now for 170 miles and the fuel consummation has just reached an 8th of a tank. I cannot believe it. That equates to more money in my pocket and not the gas tank.
