I must admit that dealing with Frank and his team of professionals was a pleasure I did not expect when I decided to trade in my spouses' Highlander. I was not pressured nor presented with the numerous back and forth to check with the manager to see if we can come to an agreeable price. The price was in my ballpark and the trade value for my vehicle was well within a fair price. Franks demeanor and professional service was the reason I chose to but the vehicle since I had many choices to go to in the marketplace. Not only will I enjoy my purchase, I plan to recommend the Waldorf Toyota Sales and Service whenever I get a chance. More

Initially we were interested in finding a 2014 leftover or 2015 base trim car. Jason didn't apply any pressure to sway us toward a higher trim line. He listened to our needs and was patient as we discussed our wants for the new car. As we got to the end of our initial discussion, he politely asked what he could do to close the deal. We openly told he we were still shopping and wanted to sleep on it. He did call us on the next business day and I was happy to tell him we would be going with Waldorf Toyota. We had purchased three Toyotas in the past from a competing "one price" dealership in the Wash DC/ Baltimore region and were pleased with the experience, although understanding that we may have paid a little bit more for it. Jason, Erik and Waldorf Toyota have managed to match that type of buying experience and did it at a lower purchase price than the one price regional dealer. We look forward to a continued relationship with the good people at Waldorf Toyota. More

Very satisfied customer!!! My daughters Camry had a check engine light on and a message to have "hybrid system checked" After reading these reviews I was so scared to bring in My daughters Camry had a check engine light on and a message to have "hybrid system checked" After reading these reviews I was so scared to bring in the car!! I also know that hybrid work can be costly! But the car needed to be fixed and since it's a hybrid, Toyota needs to do the work. I contacted the service manager Reggie and shared my concerns about the horrible reviews and he assured me that the car would be handled in a way that would "earn my trust"! He was patient and with sincerity wanted to make sure my experience was a positive one, and he did just that!! He returned all my calls in a timely fashion, he called with the estimate of what "had" to be done (according to the check engine light) and suggested some other things that could be fixed, but there was no pressure and he was very straight forward with me. The car was diagnosed and fixed in the timeframe he gave me. There was a couple recalls on the car and he made sure the work for those was done as well!! When I picked up the car the horrible noise was gone and it seems to be handling nicely!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! I now will be using this service center with confidence!! Thanks again Reggie and the "hybrid specific" mechanic who did the work!!! More
