Just wish the communication was a little better. I had to keep calling multiple times to find out how long the process would be till the vehicle came in. After a week w no phone call I decided to call myself. After multiple calls I finally talked to the sales manager and finally got it in almost 2 weeks later. It arrived with the windshield cracked but as soon as it came in they replaced it and put me in a nice Camry until it was ready. More

Andrew did a great job in helping me find the right the vehicle for my needs. The purchase process was much quicker than I have had at other dealerships. (In and out the door in less than 2 hours!) It helped that the price of the vehicle was much lower than first quoted before my test drive and I did not feel the need to haggle. (It was priced to sell and a overall great value.) Also, the value for my trade was reasonable based on it's condition. It was too good of an offer for me to turn down. Overall great buying experience. More

We walked in knowing what we wanted and the price we expected to pay. I chose thisndealership because they had the best price presented by my car buying service. I was happy to see the great way theyntreat their customers. There was no pressure and Andrew braved the wind and cold temperatures to bring us the cars to test drive. I did not have to wait around while the sales folks played the "car sales price" games. I had not intended to use the Toyota financing, but DJ showed me the numbers and beat the financing my bank had offered. Again, no high pressure sales pitch. Just gave me the numbers and they worked out better. The process worked quickly. We were out of there with our new car in less than three hours. I hate it when car dealers waste your time. These guys DID NOT do this great team to work with. Thanks for the experience. More

I had been TELLING this to all that I spoke to that I LIVE AN HOUR AWAY. I HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED THAT THE HEATED SEATS ARE NOT GENUINE TOYOTA ACCESSORY, I ONLY BUY AND WANT GENUINE TOYOTA ACCESSORIES WHEN IT COMES TO THOSE, IF I WAS INFORMED THAT IT IS NOT GENUINE, I WOULD HAVE NOT PURCHASED THE SEAT HEATERS. (I asked why the switches of the Toyota Camry heated seats are different with mine and he said it is a Camry and it varies by models. I had a Toyota corolla 2015 as my second rental and it is different and it is not where mine was installed) • I called to ask if my appointment is still ongoing because of the snow storm brewing and the service people said that they are open and I can come in to get my car worked on for the day. I got there and told me it was cancelled and need to be rescheduled. I scheduled the appointment and got a rental as well. • I came in March 9 and drop my car and picked up and paid for my Camry rental. They said it will be available the next day. • The following day, I received a call from your dealership and said there was a mishap on the scheduling and they have to keep my car for another day. • The day after that, I picked up my car and Todd showed me how the remote start works and where the heated seats switch are.as I was leaving the premises, I turned on my heated seats and they would not heat up (driver side ON; passenger side OFF=nothing, driver side OFF; passenger side ON=nothing, driver side ON; passenger side ON=nothing) • I reported it to the service manager and he confirmed that it is indeed NOT working and said I should call Todd the next day and set up an appointment for a fix with the rental waved. I also asked about why the switches of my heated seats are different than the Camry rental. • The following day I called and set up an appointment with Todd for March 16th to drop my vehicle, pick up a rental. I also informed him that if I turn on the 2 seat warmers in HIGH setting, my audio will stop playing in about 5 minutes and will only resume playing after I turned one of it off. • I came in 6 PM on the 16th, drop my vehicle, and pick up my rental which is a 2015 Corolla with heated seats. Asked the attendant why is it that my heated switches does not match with my car and placed differently and she does not know why. • The following day, I had to call the dealership and asked if my car is done because they have not informed me so. They finally gave a call back and informed me that it is done. Me and my girlfriend came in, pick up my car and drop the rental. We turned the heated seats on and put it on High setting and it started warming up. On our way back about 5 minutes on the road, my audio stopped playing. It resumes playing after I turned one of the switches off. I remember the saying from the LEMON LAW “if a store sells you 1 good lemon”; I should get that 1 good lemon”. In this case; I paid, came back to the store THREE times and still did not get my “1 good lemon”. I already paid for the car, that’s my part of the deal. Your dealership did not get me what I paid for. I am hoping you can do something about this. I want working, genuine Toyota seat warmers for my car that I paid for. I don’t want to grab all my paper work and have to talk to somebody and get things all complicated. More

Service Review I recently moved to the Baltimore, MD area and went on line to research dealers to find one that had a high rating from it's customers. Toyota of Wal I recently moved to the Baltimore, MD area and went on line to research dealers to find one that had a high rating from it's customers. Toyota of Waldorf was highly rated and I can say after visiting the dealership for my required maintenance, the ratings were accurate. My service adviser was ORiley Monashingh. He is very professional and treated me in a courteous and friendly manner. His professionalism is an asset to the dealership. ORiley will be my service adviser for all work that is required on my vehicle. One other note. Toyota of Waldorf is a one hour drive from where I live but well worth the trip. I will only take my Toyota to a dealership I trust. Waldorf has earned my trust. Thank you. More

Before committing to the purchase I went home and did some research on pricing and vehicle specifications. Brian was able to beat any price I found. The specific vehicle style I wanted was not on the lot but Brian did his part and I had it in about a week. Overall, I am completely pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Brian Smith and Toyota of Waldorf to anyone! I would definitely do business there again! More

Great Car Buying Experience I came to the dealership looking for a FR-S and I saw a blue one on the lot. Mr, Dobbins came out and introduced himself and stated he had one on the I came to the dealership looking for a FR-S and I saw a blue one on the lot. Mr, Dobbins came out and introduced himself and stated he had one on the showroom floor he wanted to show me. Once in the show room I immediately saw it was a 2015 FR-S Limited Edition Release Series 1.0. I looked the car over and said I wanted to go home and do some research on this particular series. The next day I met with Mr. Dobbins and stated if I could get a good number for my trade we may be able to do some business. I was not happy with the amount of the trade being offered but Mr. Dobbins spoke with the new car sales manager to see if a deal could be made. The next thing you know there were 3 managers in an office working on the deal and within 30 minutes they gave me an offer I could not refuse. I got a limited edition FR-S, an increased amount for my trade without the excess being placed on the new car, excellent interest rate from Toyota, and excellent service from Mr. Dobbins, the sales manager, and the finance manager. They went out of their way to make the sale work even with the amount of negative equity I had on my car. These guys are professionals that will work through all challenges to ensure the customer is satisfied 100%. Thanks Mr. Dobbins for showing me the limited edition car, and thanks to the rest of the team to make this deal work. I could not be happier with this dealership. More
