He is a very delightful young man with great potential. He really tried to please me because I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle at the time. However, with his personal touch of influence, I was convinced that I was making the right choice. He told me to contact him for anything referencing my purchase and he would direct my path. One day I came to the dealership to bring my car I have been purchasing Toyota's for the last 10 years. I surely wasn't in the market for a new car. One day I came to the dealership to bring my car in for service and while I was waiting, I decided to go look at what was on the lot. I ended up meeting Ms. Latimer. She is excellent! Her knowledge, patience and customer service skills is like no other. Ms. Latimer took the time with me to show me the different cars that I was interested in and what the main difference is between them all. She is very convincing!
