We were there for about an hour or so and then talked to Joshl Siegel about the Extra Care Platinum service and discussed payment, etc. The next day we heard from Bob that our car had come in. After finalizing paperwork with DJ Dieh, Bob took us out in the car and explained everything. He added our cell phone numbers into the Bluetooth system. He programmed the radio, explained the many features until we understood. I would recommend Bob to anyone I know who is interested in getting a new car. More

I must admit that dealing with Frank and his team of professionals was a pleasure I did not expect when I decided to trade in my spouses' Highlander. I was not pressured nor presented with the numerous back and forth to check with the manager to see if we can come to an agreeable price. The price was in my ballpark and the trade value for my vehicle was well within a fair price. Franks demeanor and professional service was the reason I chose to but the vehicle since I had many choices to go to in the marketplace. Initially we were interested in finding a 2014 leftover or 2015 base trim car. Jason didn't apply any pressure to sway us toward a higher trim line. He listened to our needs and was patient as we discussed our wants for the new car. As we got to the end of our initial discussion, he politely asked what he could do to close the deal. We openly told he we were still shopping and wanted to sleep on it. He did call us on the next business day and I was happy to tell him we would be going with Waldorf Toyota. We had purchased three Toyotas in the past from a competing "one price" dealership in the Wash DC/ Baltimore region and were pleased with the experience, although understanding that we may have paid a little bit more for it. Jason, Erik and Waldorf Toyota have managed to match that type of buying experience and did it at a lower purchase price than the one price regional dealer. We look forward to a continued relationship with the good people at Waldorf Toyota. More
