Toyota of Waldorf Service! Not so long ago, I was not happy with the Service I had received and was not planning to return to Toyota of Waldorf for service. I had an emergency with my vehicle and ended up talking with Rick Laslo and decided to bring my car for service and have been dealing directly with Rick ever since. What a joy it has been to have Rick provide the service for my Camry and I'm sorry to see that Toyota's "Tires for Life" program is no longer available, it has been a great proponent for me to have my service performed at Toyota. I have seen many positive changes in the Service Department since my bad experience, but Mr. Laslo is the reason that I am still having anything done at Toyota of Waldorf...what a great team member he is for you. Disappointed! I feel I was taken for a fool. I should have known it sounded too good to be true. I was told I would be 'given' a 3 year 'warranty', what I wasn' I feel I was taken for a fool. I should have known it sounded too good to be true. I was told I would be 'given' a 3 year 'warranty', what I wasn't told was that it would cost me $1.500.00!
