My new Avalon I recently purchased a 2014 Avalon at Waldorf Toyota. Bob Bowman was my friend and "salesperson". I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bob and I recently purchased a 2014 Avalon at Waldorf Toyota. Bob Bowman was my friend and "salesperson". I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bob and my experience. He did everything I asked for and then some. I have never been to a dealership where the sales people are so customer service oriented. I would buy anything from Bob and I would take his advice on something in a minute. My finance guy was Juan Gaddy and he was equally cooperative. I am elderly, handicapped and on a fixed income. Bob already knew this, but Juan did everything he possibly could to make sure I was happy. I traded a 2005 Avalon and during the time I had that car, nobody touched it except Waldorf Toyta maintenance crew. It will be the same way with my new car. I know I can count on Bob to help me with any issue I have. Waldorf Toyota is extremely blessed to have Bob Bowman as one of your sales people. And Juan certainly knows what he's doing. Long drive for a good deal I was steered to Toyota of Waldorf while searching for a certified used Toyota online. They had the model with features I was looking for, at a good p I was steered to Toyota of Waldorf while searching for a certified used Toyota online. They had the model with features I was looking for, at a good price. When all details were thoroughly reviewed, I contacted the dealer via email and received a response very quickly the same day. I live a little over 200 miles from their facility and wanted to ensure what I saw was exactly what they offered. We discussed trade, financing and all details up front prior to my traveling to MD. Everything was ready and spot on based on all up front discussions. There were no surprises. With much help and support from Frank and Juan, I was in and out of town in about 2-hours. The experience was worth the drive. (Although, not something I want to do often.) They would be servicing this vehicle if they moved about 180 miles southwest. This is my 5th Toyota.....the second certified FJ.....I would recommend a certified Toyota and this dealer to anyone interested. Generally good experience with last (2) dealers I worked with this way. More

Due to my schedule, and lack of desire to waste a ton of time going back and forth with a salesman, I contact Frank McGeady and let him know where I want to be numbers wise, and exactly which vehicle I am looking for. Frank gets back to me in a timely manner, and is always honest about what he can do. So far I have purchased a Certified used 2011 Toyota Camry SE from Frank, as well as a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Used or new, the service from start to finish has been great. I'll be back in 2015 when its time to get a new family vehicle for my wife. Josh Siegel in finance was fantastic as well, and the service department is also very good when it comes to appointments, price, and quality of work. More
