Go somewhere else I called this dealership several times and either no one would answer or the person that answered wouldn't call me back with the info I needed. There I called this dealership several times and either no one would answer or the person that answered wouldn't call me back with the info I needed. There was very little follow-up. Finally I got Earnest Winston on the line and things seemed like it would improve. That was short-lived. The car purchasing went quickly since I told him I had limited time. Post-purchase, i was bombarded with emails from Toyota, that dealership and/or Mr. Winston. I probably got well over 10 emails. I've purchased Toyotas two other times but with other dealerships and never got all those emails. I replied back to Mr. Winston on one of the emails to ask him how I could order a back cover for my vehicle. No response. Mind you, his emails claimed he was available post-purchase. I never got a call or email that my tags had arrived. I called the dealership and was told that they were sitting there. Really? Then I was told that the finance person didn't process my tags properly so I should bring extra money. I get there and the receptionist could not find my tags. I spent 30 minutes waiting for them to figure out what happened to my tags. Mr. Winston casually comes out and tells me to just come back the next Monday. I reminded him that I lived 45 minutes away and the reason I came that day was because my temporary tags were a few days from expiration and when I called I was told my tags were ready. I loathe this dealership. Horrible customer service. The facility is run down as well. I don't plan on ever getting my car serviced there; I wouldn't be comfortable. Seriously, save your save a headache and a low-grade nightmare and go somewhere else. More
