Did not listen to the customer, didn't answer questions. ..focused on sale, not the client wanted. Refused to give cost comparison on 4 vehicles, unwilling to negotiate. Told us, 3 times, we did call ahead and make an appointment, truly offended my wife. Kept asking if we liked the car..the car was not the issue, we already have 3 BMWs..I was after the best deal, but the sales rep would not listen...I didn't want to waste my time with going back and forth, and when he came back with a price sheet, marking the BMW down $250, but with several Mark up, it was ridiculous, and I was insulted the he projected the arrogance of he was doing us a favor...and ask us what our counter offer would be and he would take it back to his finances manager.... exactly what I was trying to avoid...I wanted information for a business decision, where my wife and I were insulted...and upon departure, my wife and I vowed to never go back there again...just as easy to drive yo Lakes Charles or S'port and get treated better More

Aimee Fontenot is the finance manager is was also very friendly and helpful in explaining some finance questions. Once I completed the paper work on my car, he gave me a lengthy tutorial on how to work the car since this was my first BMW and I wasn't familiar with a lot of the features. He is extremely knowledgeable with the BMW brand. He goes above and beyond to please his customers by putting the time and effort in to make sure they are 100% satisfied.
