It never happened. On day 4 I took it to a shop that had MORE THAN 1 DIESEL MECHANIC. As long as this place has problems with manning, I can't take it there. For anything. More
Having recently purchased a new GM from this dealer, I highly recommend it. My last Yukon and dealer left a little to be desired. I had a issue with my transmission. Spoke with Will Godfrey, new car sales and he hooked me up with Adam Kollar In the service department. I was able to drop off my truck and then Walker rented me a car from Hertz so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle. Adam kept me constantly informed on the progress of my truck and he was very professional. I’m so glad we have a service department like this one in our town. Big thank you to Adam and Will for the very fast and professional service. If you didn’t take your car to Walker, you might want to give Adam a call. More
A bad experience. I have a 2000 Buick Lesabre that needed the radio unlocked. Evidently a 1999 and earlier can be unlocked by inputting a code yourself. 2000 and la I have a 2000 Buick Lesabre that needed the radio unlocked. Evidently a 1999 and earlier can be unlocked by inputting a code yourself. 2000 and later requires a dealer visit. Can't take long and can't be too expensive, right? So I made an appointment (evidently they don't do walk-ins). Got my first shock when I was quoted $150+ for them to input the code. So I delivered the vehicle to them at 8:00 on Monday morning, Aug 8, 2022. It's now 9:00 on Friday morning, Aug 12 and still not fixed. Although the dealership has an automated text message system for updates, there has been no status input all week. I've called every other day and never get any valid reasons for the delay. Typical is "we'll try to get to it this afternoon". Still trying to contact them again today. Not happy about the price or the time it is taking. More
