We were ready to go home frustrated after looking at used cars at 4 other car lots. I suggested we just stop by Walker on our way home. We had in mind a make and model, but were having a hard time finding an cars at 4 other car lots. I suggested we just stop by Walker on our way home. The old fashion way of doing things. After answering a few questions from him and looking at a few cars he suggested something that we really liked. He LISTENED and made a suggestion. This was the worst car experience we've ever had! Not only did we have to spend about 9 hours there but we feel as if we got the worst deal ever, we could have went anywhere to get this deal, and wou Not only did we have to spend about 9 hours there but we feel as if we got the worst deal ever, we could have went anywhere to get this deal, and would have! If we would have known. We were a repeat customer, we went back to this dealer because they WERE customer focused, Not any more it is only money driven! Not only did they give us under the Kelly blue book bottom price, ( our truck was low mileage and in very good condition) they didn't take a dime off the invoice!! Also we had no idea the truck didn't come with back wheel well liners, so we had to order and get them installed ,and of course pay extra for them. The liners are not the factory issued ones, they look as if they are the after market plastic ones and do not FIT well at all. After all this, they informed us in order to get this deal we had to finance the truck, Which they knew from the beginning that we wanted to pay cash and did NOT want to finance. I'm sure they felt they had us in a corner since we had them order the truck! That being said, over a few dollars they lost a repeat customer and we will let others know. The sales team and finance person were great to work with, it was the person putting the numbers together that was a problem. More
