Great customer service from the staff here. From start to finish they kept me informed of the status of my order. When we received our car it was prepped and ready to go. Sadly I can no longer recommend Walker. Sales/Finance team was GREAT to deal with when buying an almost new truck from them. Took my truck to service department for all oil changes, tire ro Sales/Finance team was GREAT to deal with when buying an almost new truck from them. Took my truck to service department for all oil changes, tire rotations, maintenance, etc. and always had great interactions. 12 months after purchase I was told my rear differential fluid had leaked causing thousands of dollars of damage in which I was asked if I would like to scrap it. Upon a second opinion was told in fact there was no leak at all or metal shavings noted. When I left a message for the service advisor or manager to call me I never heard anything back. Very sad as it had been such a good relationship before. More
