We purchased new tires at dealership. Very bad communication and false information given prior to purchase. Same service cheaper at other reputable places. Very bad communication and false information given prior to purchase. Same service cheaper at other reputable places. More
I had the absolute worst experience at Walker Chevrolet! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You would think being a cash paying customer (no finance) would be a great thing but not there! tota I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. You would think being a cash paying customer (no finance) would be a great thing but not there! total opposite. After a few phone calls I’ve discovered other customers whom received awful treatment as well. I write this in hopes that upper management/owner steps in and teaches the floor manager and sales staff some much needed skills. More
VERY POOR EXPERIENCE I recently scheduled a service visit to have a faulty sensor in my bumper replaced and a front wheel alignment. I was told that there would be a $99.00 charge to diagnose the senso visit to have a faulty sensor in my bumper replaced and a front wheel alignment. I was told that there would be a $99.00 charge to diagnose the sensor problem however it could normally be repaired within the time it takes to diagnose. I was told that there would be an additional charge for the sensor (the bad sensor had visible damage in the front from some type of debris hitting it). Shortly after I left the dealership, I received a call stating that there would be an additional charge of $750.00 because I had a faulty sensor, bad harness and that they need to remove the bumper from the truck for the installation. I refused the service since I knew the sensors could be easily reached from the back of bumper by reaching up and removing. I went into the parts department and purchased a sensor for $70.00 that took me no longer then five minutes to install myself in the parking lot of the dealership, there was nothing wrong with the harness at all. As for the alignment, they refused saying that I needed to buy new tires first then offered to sell me a set for $1,500.00 with a 45,000 mile warranty. I was planning on doing the alignment first then buying tires, which I did at a cost of 975.00 for tires with a 65,000 mile warranty from a national tire dealer. I feel that this dealership is not operating in an ethical manner, and I will not trust them to service my vehicle. More
Fast service, pleasant staff. Was able to book in fairly quickly. Worked with Josh Murphy on test driving a used Ford F150 truck they recently received. He was very nice and informative before, during, and after the test drive. Although the truck wasn't quite what I was l truck they recently received. He was very nice and informative before, during, and after the test drive. Although the truck wasn't quite what I was looking for, he asked about the things that would work for me, took notes, and said he would try his best to keep an eye on a truck that would be better suited for me. He also brought one of the managers over (I don't remember their name) to present options/services that could be done if I needed an option changed. (ie: upgrading current cloth seats to leather). I believe they mentioned they would repair any issues with the vehicle before the purchase, which is a huge plus. Josh also followed up with me after my visit as well. Other things that stood out: people there seemed nice and the atmosphere felt good. Overall, a good experience. More

I found it interesting that the reviews on the Walker Chevrolet website, however when I posted something other than, that it didn't get posted. Here is what I had to say: The shame of it all is up to Chevrolet website, however when I posted something other than, that it didn't get posted. Here is what I had to say: The shame of it all is up to now, I've been very happy with the service I've received from Walker on my Z06 Corvette. This visit I have to say was anything but. I scheduled to have a routine oil change and decided to go with "Best Value Maintenance Package" at $119 which includes the oil change. When I arrived, Heather, my service advisor was very pleasant. After some pleasantries she noted the package I selected. She informed me that because the service was for a Corvette, that the tire rotation would not be applicable. Which I figured, even though in my opinion your website shouldn't offer that for my vehicle. Where things really went south was when she asked if I wanted Mobile One synthetic, since it was recommended by Chevrolet. She did not bother to mention that there was any difference in price, which I said yes, not knowing there would be an uncharge.. I also mentioned an issue with my passenger mirror and asked if she could verify whether that would be covered under my extended warranty. For that she took me back to the gentlemen who sold me this warranty. He printed out the content information for the warranty provider. Heather indicated she would contact them after lunch and get back with me. When my vehicle was finished, the cashier informed me that my bill was for over $266. I explained that there was a serious discrepancy in price from that and what was advertised on the website. She indicated that's because of the Mobile One oil change that it was over $180 on its own. I responded that I wasn't informed of any difference in price and asked how could this be resolved? She had no response other than to pay the $266. Now as a customer, a slight unspoken uncharge would be reasonable, but considering the Mobile One oil change was 150% more than the entire maintenance???? Seriously???? This to me was a dereliction of duty from Heather, not to explain the upcharge for the oil change, at best. Or a serious bait and switch. I texted Heather after I paid the bill and explained my discontent. I have not heard back from her. Nor have I received a follow up call regarding my warranty issue. So unless something can be done about this bill, I have to say, I will never return to Walker for service. More
