I purchased a 2017 Camaro SS2 FIFTY SPECIAL EDITION from Carl black Chevy in Orlando Florida with extended warranty Carl black Chevy in Nashville with 0 deductible ! Had a bad experience there for a simple oil change with a employee treating like crap over covering my brand new seats with plastic the employee was very nasty in choice of words and basically told me the customer we don’t use or need them here we are a very clean shop ! Not so much in my opinion they totally lost my business for good ! The general manager and service manager calls me to remove my post check out of their reviews.it will be never be removed check mine and others about this dealership their reviews are terrible beware. They made excuses for their employee saying he was joking. Saying he has ptsd Believe me he was not joking especially when he replies in a shouting voice at the end of our conversation you and your car are not worth it !! This is the service tech whom does their oil changes. I got my keys and canceled my appt called Walker Chevy right in front of them and set my appt for a oil change. Its a show car only 700 made back in 2017 ! And she’s only got 10.000 miles on her in mint condition ! Walker Chevy heather kelly my service advisor took care of me and also don in parts dept. true professionals ! Plastic and floor mats were put in as soon as I got out of it ! With in 25 mins they came and got me my car was ready fast friendly respectful company service sept and parts sept I even changed my plate holder to Walker and threw away Carl blacks Chevy ! Five stars across the board. ! It will be my honor paying Walker Chevy a 100 deductible for my extended warranty repairs in the near future verse ZER0 deductible with Carl black Chevy Nashville. Take all your service needs and parts needs to Walker Chevy !! More
No problems in previous visits. This oil change not so much. The person that checked me in was not very friendly. No smile, hello, welcome to our dealership. It appeared he was both This oil change not so much. The person that checked me in was not very friendly. No smile, hello, welcome to our dealership. It appeared he was bothered by the fact I was standing in front of him. I was there for an oil change and ended up needing an air filter. After about 2 hours and seeing people come and go that arrived after I did, I decided to see what was taking so long. During that time the employee that checked me in walked past me in the waiting room a number of times. A waiting room that was not full. While walking around the service counter for a few minutes and seeing my service rep sitting on a couch in the office behind the counter, I decided to find my vehicle. Note, he saw me walking around. There it was right outside the door and appeared to be ready to go. Finally someone asked if I needed some help. I explained my situation. My service rep came out to now inform me he would check the status and they were waiting on the air filter. A few minutes later he pulled my vehicle up, it was ready. My feeling was it had been ready for a while and he did not know or forgot about me. I received a less than believable, "sorry for your wait". This was a very disappointing experience. More
My truck is 6 years old now. . I have been bringing it to Walker for 100% of my routine maintenance.. They are always quick and accommodating... My one complaint was for my re . I felt the price was too high.. They reached out to me for comment and I wasn't available.. I have never followed up for details, and they never tried beyond the initial comment. If they wanted to reach back out now I would love to hear them out.. and.. YES, I still took my truck back for me next oil change. Just not for the 80,000 mile fluid exchange.. Regards, More
Horrible dealership, they don’t even know what vehicles they have available that are able to be sold. Twice now they have told us a vehicle was available when it wasn’t. The first had already been sold be they have available that are able to be sold. Twice now they have told us a vehicle was available when it wasn’t. The first had already been sold before it even arrived at their lot. The second (a week later) wasn’t able to be sold due to a recall issue!! If they can’t figure out what vehicles they can and can’t sell, how can I trust them with anything else? More
