This dealership has LIED TO ME FROM THE BEGINNING! DO NOT TRUST THEM. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel from them on 4/19/25. Along with the truck we purchased 2 different warrant and were told it DO NOT TRUST THEM. We purchased a 2016 Dodge Ram Rebel from them on 4/19/25. Along with the truck we purchased 2 different warrant and were told it would cover anything that broke down on the truck for $1300. We had the truck 5 months and drove it ONLY 389 miles!! The truck overheated so we had a mechanic diagnose it and he said the passenger side head gasket failed. Walker NEVER told us any of this!The said they had the truck inspected before selling it to tell us but failed to disclose that very important piece of information!! Then we called our salesperson DEREK AGNEW and told him our situation. He then said they send all warranty work to Franklin Dodge dealership. So we had the truck towed to them. They ALSO diagnosed it with a failed passenger side head gasket. And noticed the 3rd cylinder spark showed signs of burning off coolant inside the cylinder chamber. We then took the truck back to Walker and told them this. They proceeded to check it out an then LIED to us stating the head gasket had not failed as was diagnosed by our mechanic AND Franklin Dodge!! The service technician Cory said that the truck was a gallon and a half low on coolant. He stated they needed to put a dye in the coolant and drive it to find out if the head gasket was the issue as diagnosed already. So we left the truck there and they said they would drive it to find out. We called back a couple of days later and spoke to SCOTT BOYD the sales manager. Scott then said he personally would guarantee that he would make sure the truck was completely fixed. So we let it go for a couple days and never got a call back on that Friday as was agreed on. So again we called back on Tuesday to talk to SCOTT BOYD. At that point Scott said they wouldn’t fix the truck as he stated in a recorded conversation with him. We texted and asked to take the truck back for a full refund and he said you can contact our attorney to proceed further with this situation. Scott refused to talk about anything regarding to the truck. We now have to take the truck on our own to get it fixed elsewhere no thanks to Walker Chevrolet. I WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST! THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LIARS! More
