Drove 3 hours one way from out of state to purchase a Tiguan. I doubled checked the features with David (salesperson) and when I got there 2 of the features were clearly not on this car. One was the remote start which couldn't be verified because the low fuel light was on and it wouldn't work with less than 25 miles DTE. He knew I was coming but couldn't have enough gas in car. The other was powered liftgate. When I asked about it he said yes its powered and when I asked him to show me, he discovered it wasn't. Also there was a gash in rear door panel and leather on back seat was faded from some kinda spill. None of that was noted in pics. He acted like he didn't know it was there and didn't seem concerned. Never offered a discount, never apologized, didn't seem to care at all. Needless to say we wasted 7 hours round trip. More

Sorry, I don’t recommend this location or brand vehicle and its service to anyone. The service team wasn’t helpful. After making an appointment a month in advance for car inspection, oil change, wiper and its service to anyone. The service team wasn’t helpful. After making an appointment a month in advance for car inspection, oil change, wiper replace, sensor calibrate, or fixed issue then keep going off for no reason and recall. When I arrived at this location they couldn’t find my appointment. The person who helps us is named Joe Makes excuses about how I don’t have appointments, they only can do the Oil changes and tire rotation. That took them 2hr. When I have to go a few times to check on my car if it was ready and the third time they said yes, it was ready. Then another guy was being super nice and offered to take care of the rest of the service, but I was already set for 2hr so I didn’t want to wait anymore. Joe just acts like he knows everything and when I told him I have coverage for a few things he didn’t want to believe me and didn’t even look it up in the system. So I had to get my warranty paperwork out of my car and show him. They he calls my policy provider to get confirmation. When I got in my car I notice they wash my car but didn't wipe it down so left with water spots and wet outside the car. More

Servicing your vehicle will be an absolute nightmare. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday 11/20/2021 to have a tire replaced at 12:00 PM for Monday 11/22/2021. According to the service person with the appointment it was not going to be a long waiting time. I arrived with my car at 11:40 am. When I asked how long it would take, they told me any time until 1.5 to 2 hours. I said OK and wait. 2pm rolls around… no one has even started on my car yet; my car has not been touched. I ask the service person at what time, and she was very rude and told me " Since you are talking to me, I can put the claim on your tire. I questioned why I had to waited so long if I booked an appointment, she replies that the system was down, and they were not able to keep track of the appointments. I expressed to her that there is a pen and a paper, and they can use that to keep track of it. She did not like and tossed my paper saying that she was not going to start the claim. At this point 3:20 PM I was very annoyed because I have missed an entire day of work and have been waiting all day (I live an hour from the dealership). At 3:20 Some guy form the service department told me “They do not have the tire & is nothing they can do for me, that I need to wait after thanksgiving. REALLY??? You wait till 3:20 pm to tell me you don’t have the tire? 12/1/2021 I call the tire warranty to find out that they never put a claim ... but they send me home with a tire with three nails according to them when I had to drive 1 hours on an interstate and did not care about my safety. Absolutely ridiculous. More
