Worst car buying experience As Costco members, we used the Costco Auto Program, which provides a no-haggle fixed amount off of the lowest advertised price of a CPO vehicle. Ther As Costco members, we used the Costco Auto Program, which provides a no-haggle fixed amount off of the lowest advertised price of a CPO vehicle. There are two sales associates at Walker Renton Mazda who are authorized/trained in the Costco Auto Program, but after two attempts to contact either associate, we were assured that any sales associate could help us. The first time we discussed price, the dealer produced paperwork that wasn't the official Costco Program paperwork. So we left, and contacted Costco customer service, who intervened on our behalf, contacting the used car sales manager to ensure the appropriate paperwork would be provided. When we went in the second time, ready to purchase the vehicle, the sales associate didn't provide the correct paperwork, and when asked, the used car sales manager, NIck Hallock, claimed he didn't have the access needed to provide it, despite being walked through the process by the Costco auto program customer service representative, two hours prior to our scheduled appointment. More
