Our 2014 Honda Odessey had a terrible rattle at the back. With their terrific service dept. they found the problem, fix it, and do we ever loved the quiet once again! Took my 2015 CRV with 64K miles on it in,cause it stalls when put on idle and they said it needs new transmission and Honda won't warranty it,but the thing is nobody got back to me about it,I ask for the co when put on idle and they said it needs new transmission and Honda won't warranty it,but the thing is nobody got back to me about it,I ask for the cost of new transmission and no one returned my call,I only found out about the cost when i picked my car up which I already made up my mind to take it somewhere else.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALER OR THE HONDA CRV AT ALL... Took my car in for a simple oil change. Received my car back with a broken glove compartment damper. Careless and rough on a brand new vehicle. Not impressed with the quality of work. If I could give a zero star I would. This all started because I needed my third brake light fixed. I told them it was an LED, but they were like, "No, it's a bulb." I brought it in, trying to be polite, because I needed my third brake light fixed. I told them it was an LED, but they were like, "No, it's a bulb." I brought it in, trying to be polite, and had them look at it because I was sure it was an LED. "No, no, it's a bulb." That was trip 1. Trip 2 was the appointment to fix the stupid light. On Trip 2, I spent about an hour waiting, only to be told that, actually it was an LED light, not a bulb, but, because of the inconvenience, if my s.o. and I bought the LED on eBay, we could bring it in, and they'd pop it in for free. Cool. Fine. Whatever. My S.O. orders it, it gets here, and I call to make the appointment, where I CONFIRMED that the installation would be free, since that was what we were promised. They agreed. So, I show up for my appointment today (Trip 3) where they say, actually, they ARE going to charge us, and then, they tried to gaslight my S.O. and I. This is so beyond unacceptable. They promised us one thing, and didn't deliver. Do NOT do business with these guys. Update: my boyfriend spoke to the manager, Brian, who said they had a spare Honda LED brake light, and that he'd set it aside in case we have issues with the brake light that we'd gotten from eBay. Surprise, surprise, today when we brought the car in, they said that the light we'd purchased didn't work, and they'd have to order a new Honda brake light (I don't know what happened to the one they'd supposedly "set aside"), and my car is STILL not fixed, after 4 visits. This is insane. More
We traded in our 2016 Malibu and they short offered us for the vehicle. Even after I had informed them I had my own finance company taking the loan they still wanted my info. After all the paperwork on their end was done and I happen to get denied through everyone they had, I felt unwelcome in the dealership. I felt that they just didn't want us in there and that we could not afford their vehicles even after I said I was already financed. For the vehicle aspect we had chosen a 2017 Equinox. We informed them that there was another one down the road with better mileage and more features for less but they would not budge. Still feeling unwanted we almost left. We decided to go with the vehicle. We informed them we would take it and would be back in the morning with the check. All they said was "OK" and we still felt like we were unwanted. The only time we felt welcomed in the dealership was when we showed up with the $18,000 check then next day. Now a month down the road the DMV is mailing us saying we need to get registration on the car when we had did a transfer at the dealership. So not only did we feel unwelcome they also did not follow through with what they said on the transfer. Now we have to jump through hoops to not have to pay the extra $300 for new plates. Ive tried several times to get ahold of them via phone and they never pick up. I messaged their person on live chat at the website and they told me they would get back to me. With my dad being the number one car sales man in Oregon 3 years running when he was alive I know the game. Don't waste your time here if you want to get screwed and feel unwelcome when you bring in your own finance company. More
Service Dept I drove to Walla Walla from Grays Harbor Aug 4th with my 2011 CRV. It was really warm but when I tried to use AC it wouldn't work. Monday the 6th I I drove to Walla Walla from Grays Harbor Aug 4th with my 2011 CRV. It was really warm but when I tried to use AC it wouldn't work. Monday the 6th I arrived at their Service Dept and met Svc writer Rob Harmon who turned my vehicle over to a tech. Long story short the serious problem was repaired perfectly in a relatively short time. A BIG PLUS...My Honda extended warranty covered the $850 cost of repair. I worked for a Honda Dealer years ago and am VERY impressed with the work that was done by Rob Harmon and his crew at Walla Walla Valley Honda. Everyone I spoke to seems both friendly and professional to the point I will buy my next vehicle there!!!!! More

Incredible Support, knowledge, and professionalism. College Place Honda has been my go to service center for my 2001 Oddyssey. Quality care kept her running for many miles longer than most. The radiator failed and we had it towed in to see what could be done. Sadly, the cost of repair and the miles and age of the car, suggested replacement was a better choice. These were difficult decisions and Erick in sales helped us make a decision that was best suited for our family at this time. His professionalism, calm and thoughtful demeanour were so appreciated. We look forward to many more years associated with this company. More
