I found the car online and I drove down to Stuart and there she was! It was probably the shortest amount of time I can recall being spent to purchase a vehicle which was amazing. Anthony was great about setting up little details on the computer system which I would’ve had much difficulty with. He also loaded my phone with lots of videos so I could learn more about my new vehicle. I would choose to use Anthony if I was to purchase another vehicle. Initially, the sales advisor, Mr. Luis Champrro, demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication throughout the early stages of my vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, Luis Champrro, demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and effective communication throughout the early stages of my vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, as the transaction progressed, the quality of service declined significantly. The advisor failed to provide clear and transparent guidance regarding the vehicle insurance products, and without my informed consent, all coverage options were applied. This resulted in an unexpected additional cost of approximately $9,000 in insurance fees. Furthermore, once the sales contract was finalized, Mr. Champrro disengaged from the process and did not provide the level of post-sale support and follow-up that a customer should reasonably expect. The overall experience felt inconsistent and lacked continuity from beginning to end. It became evident that his primary concern was obtaining favorable customer feedback rather than ensuring a transparent and satisfactory purchasing experience. Subsequently, I returned to the dealership with my husband, and fortunately, the General Manager personally intervened and provided an adequate resolution. Nevertheless, this entire situation could have been avoided had there been full transparency and professionalism maintained consistently throughout the sales process. More
