So I called up and a really nice guy by the name Maurice answered the phone And for the first time in my car buying experience I felt no pressure to biy now or the deal disappears deal. He just explained what the discounts were and what I qualified for. He then just gave me an invite to the store, with no obligation to buy, just an invite to see how good of deal I can get, and stressed to me that the Wallace group was family owned and looks not to sell me one car. But multiple cars throughout my life to my family and Friends . I then met up with mike a young fellow that showed me that what Maurice said was true. “NO PRESSURE “ no pressure at all just info and sure enough I bought because the math made sense. But I tell you you it wasn’t just the money factor it was the customer service I received from the initial phone call. Bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna, dissatisfied. Bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna from this dealership, and the bumber was scratched up and falling off. The sales manager took the car in the repair shop, Bought a 2012 Toyota Sienna from this dealership, and the bumber was scratched up and falling off. The bumper is still not secure as all the clips on one side are broken, and they didn't want to replace it with a new one. Please Wallace do what's right, I spent $14000 to purchase this car. More

Called Wallace Dodge Service and spoke to Brian O' Neal, the Service Manager. Mr O'Neil told me he would wait for me to drop my car off. Upon my arrival, I noticed the Service department was closed and Mr. O'Neal was patiently waiting for my arrival. Mr. O' Neal generated a repair order and dropped me off at a local rental car company on his own time. The following day my vehicle was repaired as promised.
