I am retired Navy and really appreciate someone going the extra mile for others! I was traveling through Stewart Florida and had a situation happen where I needed their help and others. 4 different ladies t extra mile for others! I was traveling through Stewart Florida and had a situation happen where I needed their help and others. 4 different ladies took the ball and ran with it to resolve my predicament and involve others to get the right answers. Eventually a service manager contacted me to say we had options to resolve the situation with final answers coming from a warranty decision outside of Hyundai. Within 1 day everything was agreed upon and fixed. Thank you Wallace Hyundai of Stewart Fl for caring. More
