I’ve often said that buying a car is worse than root canal. Not so at Wallace. Gio and Willy made the sale happen after I was ready to walk because of my insurance company was doubling the coverage rat canal. Not so at Wallace. I will definitely buy a 4th Hyundai and 13th vehicle, but it won't be from Wallace. My experience left me feeling disregarded and disrespected. While the Finance Manager was excellent, the Salesperson was unengaged and underinformed, and the Sales Manager lied repeatedly. From the time we knew what we wanted to when we left was SIX HOURS, even though we had pre-approved financing. To be fair, they did give us well above KBB on our trade-ins. TL:DR- We will use the service center for our "free" maintenance and will not recommend the sales department. More
